Delivery methods
- “Courier to your home” – Treimann Furniture delivers the goods to the address specified in the order. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange the exact time of delivery.Delivery of the goods will take place only after the full amount due under the order has been transferred to the Treimann Furniture account. The price of transport according to the price list will be added to the order. The transport price does not include delivery to upper floors.
- “Self-pickup” – You can pick up the ordered goods from our furniture store, which is located at Poordi tn 1, Tallinn. We will notify you when the order is completed. After paying for the order, it is possible to store the goods in our warehouse free of charge for 7 days; starting from the 8th day, the deposit fee is 1% of the purchase cost per day. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer undertakes to immediately check the quantity of the goods and their conformity with the order and to sign the delivery note. If, on receipt of the goods, the buyer notices that the goods do not correspond to the order, the information on the delivery note, or that the packaging and the products are substantially damaged, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods and return them to the courier.

Deadlines for order fulfilment
- The order fulfilment deadline depends on the products ordered.
- If the ordered goods are in stock at Treimann Furniture, we will deliver them to you within the next 2 working days.
- If the goods are not in Treimann Furniture’s stock, the order time is 2-16 weeks, depending on the product. We will inform you of the exact delivery time by phone or email no later than three working days after placing the order.
- Weekend orders will be processed on the first business day of the new week.
