Terms of use of the online store
- General Terms and Conditions
- These online store terms and conditions apply to contracts for the purchase and sale of goods ordered from the Treimann Furniture OÜ online store.
- The owner of the online store and the contracting party to the sales contract is Treimann Furniture OÜ (registration code 14308598), with its registered office at Poordi tn 1-35, Tallinn 10156 (hereinafter referred to as Treimann Furniture.
- Treimann Furniture reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions by posting the information at www.treimann.ee.
- No changes will be applied retroactively.
- The photos displayed in the online store are illustrative; the goods may differ from the goods shown in the photo. The colour tone of the product may differ from reality due to the display settings.
- Treimann Furniture online store’s photos, texts and other materials are the copyright of Treimann Furniture or its partners.
- The commercial use of photographs, texts or other copyrighted works in the Treimann Furniture online store is not permitted.
- Prices, ordering and payment
- The prices of the products on the treimann.ee website are in euros.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia.
- The purchase can be made as a guest.
- After selecting the suitable item, click “Add to cart”.
- To place an order, click on the “Checkout” link in the “Shopping cart”.
- Once you have selected the desired delivery method, press the “Continue” button, then you can select the payment method.
- If you pay for the goods with a bank link, select the bank from which you want to make the transfer. Once you have made your payment in your online bank, be sure to press the “Return to merchant” button.
- If you are paying by bank transfer, please include the order number in the explanation. At least 50% of the prepayment must be paid.
- Delivery time is calculated upon the receipt of the prepayment.
- The goods will be dispatched upon the receipt of the total purchase amount to the account of Treimann Furniture OÜ.
- The sales invoice will be delivered to you with the goods. If necessary, it is possible to specify a different delivery address from the address of the invoice recipient.
- Unpaid orders will be cancelled 5 days after the placement of the order
- Delivery of goods
- Goods ordered from the online store can be delivered by selecting the delivery method of your choice in the shopping cart.
- Delivery methods are:
- “Courier to your home” – Treimann Furniture delivers the goods to the address specified in the order. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange the exact time of delivery.
- Delivery of the goods will take place only after the full amount due under the order has been transferred to the Treimann Furniture account.
- The price of transport according to the price list will be added to the order.
- The transport price does not include delivery to upper floors.
- “Self-pickup” – You can pick up the ordered goods from our furniture store, which is located at Poordi tn 1, Tallinn. We will notify you when the order is completed.
- After paying for the order, it is possible to store the goods in our warehouse free of charge for 7 days; starting from the 8th day, the deposit fee is 1% of the purchase cost per day.
- “Courier to your home” – Treimann Furniture delivers the goods to the address specified in the order. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange the exact time of delivery.
- Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer undertakes to immediately check the quantity of the goods and their conformity with the order and to sign the delivery note. If, on receipt of the goods, the buyer notices that the goods do not correspond to the order, the information on the delivery note, or that the packaging and the products are substantially damaged, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods and return them to the courier.
- Deadlines for order fulfilment
- The order fulfilment deadline depends on the products ordered.
- If the ordered goods are in stock at Treimann Furniture, we will deliver them to you within the next 2 working days.
- If the goods are not in Treimann Furniture’s stock, the order time is 2-16 weeks, depending on the product. We will inform you of the exact delivery time by phone or email no later than three working days after placing the order.
- Weekend orders will be processed on the first business day of the new week.
- Modification or cancellation of the order
- If the buyer has paid for the order and wishes to change it, they can do so by withdrawing from the sales contract within 14 days. If you have not received the ordered goods yet – inform us by phone +372 51 42 606 or email info@treimann.ee
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused and fit for sale.
- In the event of cancellation of the ordered furniture, Treimann Furniture has the right to retain 10% of the value of the goods.
- Product return
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded in the online store and return the goods purchased from the online store within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
- In order to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form and send it by email to info@treimann.ee.
- The following information must be provided in the withdrawal application:
– order or invoice number;
– date of receipt of the goods;
– name of the buyer;
– the exact name of the returned goods;
– reason for returning the goods, we are grateful for the feedback to improve the quality of Treimann Furniture’s goods and services. - The buyer must return the goods referred to in the notice of withdrawal no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the notice of withdrawal. The goods must be returned to the Treimann Furniture store at Poordi tn 1, Tallinn.
- In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Treimann Furniture will reimburse the buyer for the payments received from the buyer, 14 days after the day on which Treimann Furniture became aware of the buyer’s decision to return the goods.
- The costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
- The buyer has the right to inspect the goods ordered from the online store in a way that allows him to familiarise themselves with the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, they may only be handled and used in the normal way allowed in a shop. The returned goods must be unused. The buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The buyer must examine the goods carefully, open the packaging without damaging it, not remove labels/protective plastic, etc. The buyer is responsible for the loss of value of the goods upon return.
- The returned goods and the enclosed documents (user manual, warranty conditions, etc.) must be undamaged, complete, in their original packaging and unused. If the returned goods, the enclosed manuals and other documents and/or the packaging of the goods have been damaged due to circumstances for which the buyer is responsible, Treimann Furniture is entitled to deduct the reduction in the value of the goods from the amount paid by the buyer for the goods and due to be returned to the buyer. For the purpose of deduction, Treimann Furniture will send the buyer a deduction statement to the email address provided when placing the order.
- The right of return does not apply to mattresses taken out of their packaging for hygiene reasons (Law of Obligations Act 53 section 4 clause 41).
- In the event of cancellation of the order or return of the product, the amount paid for the purchase will be credited to the bank account indicated by the buyer no later than 14 days from the cancellation of the order.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
- Return of non-compliant goods
- There is a 2-year period to submit a complaint for goods bought online. Treimann Furniture is liable for non-conformity and defects in the goods if the non-conformity existed at the time of delivery to the buyer.
- Treimann Furniture shall not be liable for any defects in the goods caused by improper or incorrect installation, use and/or maintenance.
- Treimann Furniture is not liable for defects in the goods that occurred during normal wear and tear.

- Settlement of disputes
- Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia.
- Disputes between the buyer and Treimann Furniture will be resolved through negotiations. If Treimann Furniture has refused to satisfy the buyer’s complaint, or if the buyer does not agree with the proposed solution and considers that their rights have been violated or their interests have been harmed, the buyer may lodge a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Committee (at Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn or by email at avaldus@komisjon.ee) or with the court.
